Sham L. Chellaram
Sham Chellaram is the chairman of Mordril Properties. In 1968 Mr Chellaram joined his family business (the KC Group) in their buying company in London. In 1973 he moved to Lagos, Nigeria, to become managing director of the group’s interests in trading and manufacturing. Mr Chellaram returned to London in 1980 to supervise the group’s operations in West Africa and, in 1984, he moved to Hong Kong.

Mr Chellaram currently serves as chairman of KC Maritime and the board of trustees at the Kishinchand Chellaram Foundation. He graduated from Canada’s McGill University in 1968.

Sham L. Chellaram

Sham Chellaram is the chairman of Mordril Properties. In 1968 Mr Chellaram joined his family business (the KC Group) in their buying company in London.

Vikram S. Chellaram
Vikram Chellaram is the chief executive officer of Mordril Properties. Prior to joining the team, he served as managing director of KC Maritime FZE in Dubai from 2004 to 2010, where he led a strategy focusing on dry-bulk shipping logistics for self-unloaders for aggregates, cement, and iron ore in India and the Gulf. Prior to his work in the Middle East, Mr Chellaram was based in New York, where he worked in asset management under the management associate program of Julius Baer and Co. Limited.

Mr Chellaram serves on the boards of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (Hong Kong) and KC Maritime, and is an active member of the Young Leaders’ Forum at the Urban Land Institute (Hong Kong). He holds a degree in finance and South Asian history from Boston College’s Wallace E. Carroll School of Management.

Vikram S. Chellaram

Vikram Chellaram is the chief executive officer of Mordril Properties. Prior to joining the team, he served as managing director of KC Maritime FZE in Dubai from 2004 to 2010.

Roger T. Marshall
Roger Marshall is Managing Director of Persimmon Capital Limited, an advisory firm that he founded in 1999 specialising in advising emerging companies and mentoring their entrepreneurial founders. He is also a non-executive director of a number of private companies.

Roger qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, London in 1977 and worked in senior financial management positions in the hospitality, transport and offshore energy services industries before coming to Hong Kong in 1992.

He was Managing Director of ABN AMRO Capital in Asia, from 1999 t0 2009. He was Chairman (2002) and President (2003-2005) of the Hong Kong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. He is also a Founder and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Angel Network.

Celia Lam
Celia Lam’s primary role at Mordril Properties is leading the company’s sourcing and execution of investments. Prior to joining the organisation, she worked in the investment and development team at Orient Overseas Development Limited, focusing on various development projects in China. Ms Lam also served as acquisition manager at Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund, where she was responsible for the Hong Kong firm’s acquisitions of logistics properties.

Ms Lam obtained her economics degree from the University of Hong Kong, before achieving a master of philosophy in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Celia Lam’s primary role at Mordril Properties is leading the company’s sourcing and execution of investments. Before joining Mordril Properties, she worked in the investment and development team at Orient Overseas Development Limited.

Nicholas Brooke
Nicholas Brooke is the chairman of Professional Property Services Limited, which is a Hong Kong-based real estate consultancy that provides a selected range of specialist advisory services across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr Brooke has over 45 years of experience within the property industry, 30 of which he achieved in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr Brooke currently serves as the non-executive chairman of Vinaland and was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of Top Spring International Limited: a leading developer of urban communities in Mainland China, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

He became chairman of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation in 2007 and the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission in July 2010. From 2003 to 2004, Mr Brooke was president of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In 1999 Mr Brooke was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR for his dedication to public service in Hong Kong and, in particular, his valuable contributions to the work of the Hong Kong Housing Authority.

Amanda Teo
Amanda Teo is responsible for Mordril Properties’ finance and administration. Prior to joining the team, she worked in project finance management at both Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, and worked as corporate finance manager for a Hong Kong-listed property developer, primarily focusing on investments and investor relations. She began her career in Assurance and Advisory Business Services with Ernst & Young, based in Kuala Lumpur and Beijing.

Ms Teo is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her degree in accounting with honors from the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.
