Mr Chellaram currently serves as chairman of KC Maritime and the board of trustees at the Kishinchand Chellaram Foundation. He graduated from Canada’s McGill University in 1968.
Mr Chellaram serves on the boards of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (Hong Kong) and KC Maritime, and is an active member of the Young Leaders’ Forum at the Urban Land Institute (Hong Kong). He holds a degree in finance and South Asian history from Boston College’s Wallace E. Carroll School of Management.
Roger qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, London in 1977 and worked in senior financial management positions in the hospitality, transport and offshore energy services industries before coming to Hong Kong in 1992.
He was Managing Director of ABN AMRO Capital in Asia, from 1999 t0 2009. He was Chairman (2002) and President (2003-2005) of the Hong Kong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. He is also a Founder and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Angel Network.
Ms Lam obtained her economics degree from the University of Hong Kong, before achieving a master of philosophy in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Mr Brooke currently serves as the non-executive chairman of Vinaland and was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of Top Spring International Limited: a leading developer of urban communities in Mainland China, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
He became chairman of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation in 2007 and the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission in July 2010. From 2003 to 2004, Mr Brooke was president of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
In 1999 Mr Brooke was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR for his dedication to public service in Hong Kong and, in particular, his valuable contributions to the work of the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
Ms Teo is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her degree in accounting with honors from the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.
